Judith de Leede is mainly strategic (export consultancy experience since 2010, sales management since 2000), helping you creating an ambitious export and international marketing plan and planning all steps ahead, including legal, financial and organisational implications. Judith Bartels is organisational and practical, with a lot of experience in setting up local trade fairs (trade show experience since 2004), finding local cooperation partners and project-based approach to your first marketing and sales locally. Together, the two Judiths are the perfect team for your company to make your first export steps in a country an enjoyable and successful experience.

With this grant, you can (partly) finance activities to take the step to doing international business. You can apply fort his subsidy again from 1 January 2024.

Our history

Judith and Judith both are vastly experienced in the field of international business and consulting. Judith de Leede Judith de Leede has a degree in communication science from the University of Amsterdam and started out as an account manager in various financial products such as credit management services, banking products and insurance. She has gained international business experience for over ten years in conducting coaching programs for SIB (Support International Business) of the Dutch government’s Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland. She also has almost fifteen years of experience in matching processes between exporters from one country with importers from the other. Not only did she do Business Partner Search and sales Agent Selections, she also conducted international trade missions and organized matchmaking at international trade fairs. Examples are SIAL Food (Jakarta) where she arranged the meeting between exhibitors and international top buyers from the agri-food industry. Or the Maison&Objet fair in Paris, where good opportunities were created for trade in interior accessories. And just recently at the Smart City Expo in Barcelona, where we linked innovative urban development products with urban design architects.

Judith Bartels is the soul and the founder of the company. She is an adventurer, traveller and language addict and a marketing professional by nature. Bartels holds a bachelor’s in international business at the Universidad Duesto in Spain and Haarlem, the Netherlands. With postgraduate degree in South Asia at the University of Amsterdam, she specializes in International marketing and is certified interpreter Spanish. She left for Buenos Aires to dance the Argentina Tango, she stayed and reached at an international level. After living more than 20 years in several countries like Buenos Aires, Chile, Spain and India, her goal and passion is to combine her network and to let international businesses and experiences grow. As marketing is one her passions, she was involved in organizing marketing study travel for RM marketeers in Buenos Aires, after that she is engaged with business development for Buenos Aires based companies. Judith’s strength is analysing business needs and combining her international experience with a proactive attitude and creativity. She has a result orientated attitude and is passionate about business development. She is unique in her language abilities and her extensive business network all over the world.
